What’s included in the base price?
Delivery (within 20 miles), pickup, a standard rental period, and a set amount of included weight (tonnage). Driveway-safe placement is included when conditions allow.
How long is the rental period?
Rentals include 7 calendar days. If you need additional time, you can add extra days to your order for $20 per day. We can also accommodate extensions based on availability. If you finish early, just let us know and we’ll be happy to schedule an earlier pickup.
What happens if I go over the included weight?
Overage is billed at $65 per additional ton (or prorated).
What is a dry run fee?
A dry run fee of $150 may apply if our driver arrives but can’t complete delivery or pickup due to blocked access, unsafe conditions, or an unprepared drop location. This covers the time and trip to your site.
Are there extra fees for certain materials?
There are no fees for accepted materials. However, should prohibited materials be found in the dumpster that lead to additional disposal charges, those costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do you charge for same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is often available. If the website won’t let you book it as soon as you need a dumpster, give us a call and we will try to manually work you into the schedule.
Can you place the dumpster on the street?
Street placement may require a local permit. Permit fees are paid to the city/township (placeholder).

How much can I put in a 20 yard dumpster?
You can load debris up to the marked fill line only. Materials must remain level with the top edge of the container — no overfilling or debris hanging over the sides.
Overfilling is unsafe for our drivers and for other motorists on the road. If debris extends above the rim, shifts during transport, or cannot be safely tarped, we are legally unable to haul the container. This creates safety risks and violates transportation regulations.
If a dumpster is overloaded, we may not be able to remove it until excess material is taken out. This can result in a dry run fee and delay your pickup.
What items are not allowed in the dumpster?
Common prohibited items include hazardous waste (chemicals/solvents), paint, batteries, propane tanks, tires, and electronics. If you’re unsure about an item, ask before you load it. Certain materials such as chemicals, liquid paints, solvents, and hazardous waste are prohibited in roll-off containers in accordance with federal environmental guidelines from the United States Environmental Protection Agency. Yes. You’ll need a spot with clear access for delivery and pickup. If you have a tight turn, narrow drive, or limited space, tell us during booking so we can confirm placement.
