- Free delivery within 20 miles. For locations outside that area, a $5 per mile fee applies (one-way distance).

What’s included in the base price?
Delivery (within 20 miles), pickup, a standard rental period, and a set amount of included weight (tonnage). Driveway-safe placement is included when conditions allow.
How long is the rental period?
Rentals include 7 calendar days. If you need additional time, you can add extra days to your order for $20 per day. We can also accommodate extensions based on availability. If you finish early, just let us know and we’ll be happy to schedule an earlier pickup.
What happens if I go over the included weight?
Overage is billed at $65 per additional ton (or prorated).
What is a dry run fee?
A dry run fee of $150 may apply if our driver arrives but can’t complete delivery or pickup due to blocked access, unsafe conditions, or an unprepared drop location. This covers the time and trip to your site.
Are there extra fees for certain materials?
There are no fees for accepted materials. However, should prohibited materials be found in the dumpster that lead to additional disposal charges, those costs will be the responsibility of the customer.
Do you charge for same-day delivery?
Same-day delivery is often available. If the website won’t let you book it as soon as you need a dumpster, give us a call and we will try to manually work you into the schedule.
Can you place the dumpster on the street?
Street placement may require a local permit. Permit fees are paid to the city/township (placeholder).

Concrete is extremely heavy, so there are strict weight limits. We’ll confirm the right container and safe fill level when you book.

If it’s on private property (like a driveway), usually not. If it must go on a street or public right-of-way, a permit may be required depending on the city. Check your local city or Livingston and Washtenaw counties.
Can I mix concrete with household junk or wood?
No—heavy-debris loads need to stay separate to meet disposal and weight requirements. Book a separate dumpster for mixed debris.
Do you accept rebar or wire mesh?
Often yes, as long as it’s contained within the load and not sticking out. Let us know what you’re disposing so we can confirm.
