Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of services provided by Dignified Dumpsters.

By booking or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

Dumpster Rental Terms

• Standard rental periods include up to 7 days unless otherwise agreed.
• Additional rental days may incur additional charges.
• Customer is responsible for ensuring adequate placement space and accessibility.
• Customer assumes responsibility for permits if required by local municipalities or HOAs.

Accepted & Prohibited Materials

Customers agree not to place prohibited materials in dumpsters, including but not limited to:

• Hazardous waste
• Chemicals
• Paints and solvents
• Oils and fuels
• Batteries
• Propane tanks
• Tires
• Radioactive materials
• Flammable liquids

Weight Limits & Overage Charges

Each dumpster includes a specific weight allowance. Additional charges may apply for exceeding included tonnage limits.

Overage fees are billed based on landfill disposal costs and weight overages.

Property Damage Disclaimer

Dignified Dumpsters uses driveway-friendly dumpsters with rubber wheels and front protection pads. However, customers acknowledge that dumpster placement and loading may still pose risk to surfaces including:

• Concrete
• Asphalt
• Pavers
• Gravel
• Lawns

The Company is not responsible for damage resulting from:

• Weak or improperly installed surfaces
• Excessive weight
• Hidden utility lines or structures
• Customer-directed placement locations

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

A minimum 24-hour notice is required to cancel or reschedule an order.

Cancellations or changes made within 24 hours of scheduled delivery may be non-refundable.

Payment Terms

Payment is due according to the terms provided at booking. The Company reserves the right to charge additional fees for:

• Overage weight
• Prohibited materials
• Extended rental periods
• Trip fees
• Blocked pickup access

Limitation of Liability

The Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the rental service.

Website Use

All website content, logos, branding, images, and text are property of Dignified Dumpsters and may not be copied or reused without permission.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice.
